Do I need to be home?
No. We text you the day before and when we finish. Just leave the gate unlocked and pets inside.
What happens when it rains?
We don't mow soaked lawns. If weather moves your visit, you get a text with the new day, usually the next morning.
Can you fertilize in the summer?
Manatee and Sarasota counties don't allow nitrogen or phosphorus fertilizer from June 1 to September 30. We use iron and micronutrients instead to keep it green.
Is there a contract?
No. Service is month to month and you can pause or cancel anytime.
Do you bag the clippings?
We mulch them back into the lawn because it feeds the soil. If you prefer, we bag and haul them away.
Which grass types do you work with?
All the common ones here, including St. Augustine, Zoysia and Bahia. We set mowing height for each.
